As part of Qrter Ltd, we have over 50 years' combined experience in hospitality and hotel management. From hotel managers to revenue experts we have the right set of skills to run your Airbnb smoothly and for maximum profit.
Our beginnings
We started out as a small bed and breakfast in Clifton, Bristol back in the 1960’s. With a philosophy of individuality, our aim was to create a unique experience for each guest that stayed with us, providing exemplary service alongside little extra touches that set us aside from the crowd.
This small family venture soon evolved to include three more hotels in the area and we became Clifton Hotels. Each property retained its unique character as we endeavored to provide accommodation to suit any needs and budget. With the ever changing accommodation market and a clear desire for flexible affordable living we diversified our portfolio and began offering short term lets in residential properties - Clifton Short Lets. Our background in hotels meant we understood the driving forces behind guest satisfaction and this new offering, a relatively novel idea at the time, was hugely successful. In 2008 a start-up company brought home sharing into the mainstream – this was of course Airbnb. Short term letting, as an alternative to hotel accommodation, was appealing to a wider audience than ever before and gave smaller companies like ourselves an international platform on which to put our properties in front of potential travelers.
Not only do we have an extensive framework in place for managing the day-to-day running of guest properties, but also an extensive knowledge of using Airbnb effectively, as we have with our own properties, to achieve fantastic occupancy and feedback.
