Europe’s largest street art and graffiti festival returns to Bristol this weekend! Over 400 artists will be painting and spraying the streets of Southville and Bedminster in celebration of the street art culture that is synonymous across the world – and Bristol is definitely an appropriate city to host the event!
50,000 people are expected to attend the event to witness the live art. There’s an affordable art sale, music stages and art workshops for everyone to enjoy. Bristol has been hard at work in preparation for the event and the famous John Lennon mural at the Tobacco Factory in Bedminster has been painted over ready for the event so a fresh piece of art can be created.
The street art festival will also be raising money for the The National Association for Children of Alcoholics, which is a national charity that supports vulnerable children because of an alcoholic parent.
We have a couple of Airbnb’s right in the middle of the action...
Alex and Kate’s lovely family home is just a stones throw away from North Street in Bedminster, which has numerous venues hosting live art.
Sara's Airbnb in Southville is also close to the various art and music events.
